PROPERTY OWNER: Foothill Professional Center APPLICANT: Foothill Professional Center ADDRESS: 10011 N. Foothill Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Stevens Creek Blvd. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. The proposed sign program is consistent with Sign Ordinance No. 746. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. ® 8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F 1st Revision, F-1, and F-2 of Application HC-51,443.2 except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein. 9. This sign program replaces the program approved in 1978. 10. The 5" x 16" individual tenant signs oriented to the interior of the building are included in this sign program. 11. Rent/lease signs shall conform to Section 8.08.5 of Sign Ordinance No. 746.
