COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A ROOF SCREEN ON AN EXISTING BUILDING.

ADDRESS: 20525 Mariani Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Bandley Drive approximately 200 ft. southerly
of Mariani Avenue.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this
application:
1. The screen is consistent with past City actions.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein
shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A 1st Revision,
A-1, and B lst Revision of Application HC-51,410.6 except as may be
amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The condensers shall not create noise in excess of the Cupertino Noise
Ordinance.
10. The exterior of the screen shall match the building in color and texture..
