RESOLUTION NO. 1037
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN EXCEPTION TO
SECTION 7.05 OF SIGN ORDINANCE NO. 746 TO
ALLOW A SIGN ORIENTED TO FREEWAY 280.
PROPERTY OWNER: Grosvenor International Partners
APPLICANT: Trilogy Systems and Tandem Computers
ADDRESS: 10500 Ridgeview Court, Cupertino, CA 95014
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: South side of Pruneridge Avenue, north of Freeway 280,
approximately 475 ft. west of Tantau Avenue.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. The subject building has no frontage on any public street except the freeway.
2. The subject building is over 600 ft. from Pruneridge Avenue. This distance
would minimize the effectiveness of any signs placed on Pruneridge.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated
herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F of Application
HC-51,583.1,.except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
9. The sign shall be located per Sign "B" on Exhibit A of this application.
10. The sign may be illuminated for a maximum of two hours after closing.
The lighting shall be controlled by photocells.
