OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF::CUPERTINO APPROVING A FREESTANDING
SIGN FOR A RESTAURANT.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest quadrant of Valley Green Drive and De Anza
Boulevard.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. 11That subject sign is consistent with provisions contained in Ordinance 746
of the City of Cupertino."
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard.Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
• 9. 'The recommendation of approval .is based upon Exhibit F of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall retain
the authority to review and require correction of off -site light intensity
impacts for any sign approved under this application.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
