RESOLUTION NO. 911
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING FOR
FIVE SINGLE-FAMILY CLUSTER HOMES. -

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with
respect to this application:
1. That the proposed development reflects substantial compliance with
conceptual approvals granted by the Planning Commission under
Resolution No. 1970.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, B-1, B-2,
B-3, B-4, B-5, B-6, C and E of this application except as may be
amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Upper story, northerly elevation window sills of Unit 3 shall be
situated a minimum of six feet above the finished floor height.
Said windows may possess clear and openable characteristics.
11.. Minimum sizes of landscape 'mat erials should be as'follows:
- 15 gallon (trees), 5 gallon (shrubs).

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
