Reso 0900HC-51,088.19 RESOLUTION NO. 900 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SITE, ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING FOR A NEW COMMERCIAL/OFFICE BUILDING CONSISTING OF APPROX- IMATELY 10,900 SQ. FT. PROPERTY OWNER: Leonard McCarthy and Charles Gagliasso APPLICANT: Hassan Amer ADDRESS: 1580 North Fourth St., San Jose, CA 95112 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Corner of Stevens Creek and Bubb Road FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That subject application is consistent with approvals granted by the Planning Commission under Resolutions Number 1951 and 1944. CONDITIONS: 1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. • 9. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A, B and C of this application except as may be amended by specail conditions contained herein. 10. Subject to staff review and approval at the building permit level, the Stevens Creek Boulevard plaza entry area shall be widened to suggest a more significant pedestrian -oriented nature. 11. Subject to staff review, the handicapped ramp details and location shall be specified at the building permit level. 12. Details of the trash enclosure shall be provided at the building permit level. 13. The precise landscape plan submitted at the building permit level shall incorporate design standards specified by Policy 2-11 of the Comprehensive General Plan. 14. A tree preservation plan shall be provided to ensure protection of existing trees situated in the public right-of-way. Lighting and signing are not a part of this application and are continued to a date uncertain. 16.
