OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR AN EXISTING MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed sign program is consistent with signing allowed
for general commercial facilities as specified in Section 6.03 of
Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
® 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained
herein.
10. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall have
the authority to review and require correction of any off -site light
i-r-rusion impacts from any sign approved under this application.
