OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE AND ARCHITECTURE FOR AN OFFICE/COMMERCIAL
BUILDING EQUALING APPROXIMATELY 18,000 SQ. FT.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approvals granted
by the Planning Commission under Resolution No. 1904.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
• 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and Staff
Informational of this application except as may be amended by special
conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit A shall be revised to reflect the following modifications at the
building permit level, subject to staff review and approval:
a. Deletion of bandstand and terraced seating area.
b. Pedestrian circulation system as per Staff Informational Exhibit.
C. Relocated parking island handicap stall to area immediately adjacent
to building.
d. Provide handicap ramp location and details.
e. Locate minimum of three bicycle racks on site. Applicant shall consult
with Traffic Engineer to provide satisfactory "moderate term" facilities,
a detail of which shall be noted on plan.
f. Provide trash enclosure and details.
11. All tree preservation guidelines contained in the letter of Landscape Architect
James C. Hoffman, dated November 13, 1978, shall be expanded and incorporated
into working drawings at the building permit level, subject to staff review
and approval. The applicant shall comply with all staff suggestions contained
in Section II D 2b of subject staff report dated May 3, 1979.

12. Landscaping, signing and lighting for subject application are not approved
at this time. Said landscape plans shall be submitted to and approved
by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee and installed by the applicant,
prior to release of a Certificate of Occupancy.
