CRITERIA SPECIFIED IN SAID ORDINANCE SECTION.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the applicant has not demonstrated that the strict
interpretation of Ordinance 746 would result in practical
difficulties, unnecessary hardships or inconsistencies with
the purpose and intent of this ordinance.
2. That alternative signing measures within the limitations of
Ordinance 746 have been designed by the applicant and preclude
• the necessity for an exception to said ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1979, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
