OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
LANDSCAPING FOR A FREE-STANDING SAVINGS AND LOAN
BUILDING.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed development conforms to Urban Design Guidelines
contained in Resolution No. 330 of this Committee.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
apply.
• 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit C 1st Revision of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. The final landscape plan submitted at the building permit level shall specify
the precise number, type, and size of all planting materials depicted in
the approved conceptual plan.
