OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REC0MMENDING APPROVAL OF
LANDSCAPING AND APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE SIGN
PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL
CENTER.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect
to this application:
1. That the proposed sign program is consistent with signing allowed
for general commercial facilities provided in Section 6.03 of
Ordinance 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits C and F of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. Exhibit C shall be revised at the building permit level to reflect:
a. 3 ft. o.c.: placement of five (5) gallon Moraea Iridioides.
b. 18" o.c. placement of Trachelosperum Jasmivoides. Arrangement shall
encourage ultimate "draping" of planter box and concrete base,
C. Five (5) gallon container --size Xylosma Congestum ','Compacta".
11. Subject to staff approval, the applicant shall submit a complete ground
sign wrap -around frame proposal. Said framing shall consist of wooden
materials to match redwood planter box.
12. The approved sign program for subject commercial center shall consist of.the
following criteria:
a. Ground sign
1. Colors: Dark Brown #2418 copy; Ivory #2146 background.
b. Wall sign
1. Type: Can -type, with some variation from this to be permitted
on an individual basis.
2. Colors.: Dark -Brown. #2418; Ivory #2146 background.

13. Exhibit F shall be approved as depicted.
