WZIEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping and lighting for an office building with
exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

'WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO-1,2 ITTEE RECOi'MENDS approval of the site,
architecture, landscaping and lighting for an office building, subject to
H-Cont-rol Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, B, C and
D, and subject to the following further conditions:
1. That the landscaping within this property adjacent to Lot 13
be increased to a minimum of four (4) feet in width.
2. That the four (4) most westerly parking spaces on the south
property line be deleted and -replaced by additional landscaping
acting as a screen or by a screen similar to the proposed
screen in the northwest corner.
3. To reduce the light intensity of the exterior building spots
to under 100 watts.
4. To redo the trash enclosure at the rear of the site to insure
easy access to dempsey dumpster.
1.11 conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1971, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
