A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
change in south wall for previously approved light industrial structure
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

TMEEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOIN5HENDS approval of the
change in the south wall for previously approved light industrial structure,
subject to the H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibit C
Revised, and subject also to the following conditions:
i. That if in one year from this date an application for building
permit has not been filed for the adjacent property (Lot 14),
this committee shall re-examine the thirteen (13) foot strip
proposed for landscaping.
2• Contingent upon Planning Commission approval of Tentative Map.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1971, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
