A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COiLmITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
OIEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, lighting, signs and underground of utilities
for professional office building with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMKITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the site,
architecture, landscaping, lighting, signs and underground of utilities,
subject to the H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits
A., B, C, C-1, D, E, E-1, and E-2, and subject to tentative map approval
by the Planning Commission prior to submission of this application to the
City Council also subject to the following conditions:
1. Italian Cypress be planted along the southerly portion of the
property on approximately 15 center.
2. Two pair of spotlights mounted or. the roof be deleted and
parking area lighting be provided by a means of approximately
5 low level light standards to be accepted by the staff prior
to submission to the City Council.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is -required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1971, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California by the following roll call vote:
