Reso 0103RESOLUTION N0. 103 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of architecture and landscaping with exhibits regard- ing the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: Albert Perrotti APPLICANT: Albert Perrotti dba Perrotti Construction Co. ADDRESS: 2225 Grant Road, Los Altos 94022 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Lot 347, Tract 97, located westerly of and adjacent to Imperial Avenue, approximately 200 feet south of Olive Avenue ZONE: ML FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the architecture and landscaping subject to the H-Cont-rol Standard Condtions and as indicated on Exhibit A; subject also to the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission, and the following conditions: 1. Cyclone mesh gates with redwood slats shall replace the submitted sliding wood gate. 2. That the designated liquid amber trees be changed to evergreen trees, fifteen (15) gallon size.
