ADDRESS: 2295 De La Cruz Blvd., Santa Clara 95050 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Mariani property between Homestead Road and Jun-ipero Serra Freeway fronting on the west side of Blaney Ave. ZONE: R3-C-2.2 FIRE ZONE: 3 WIIEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the site, architecture and lighting, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, B, B-1, C, C-1, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K, as submitted, and also sub- ject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the proposed slump stone wall to be deferred until such time as approval of landscaping is -requested. 2. Approval of lighting to be deferred except for concept and design of the lighting detail. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and -their action is required for final approval of this application. CITY COUNCIL APPROVED WITH ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS.
