A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application.requesting
approval of architecture of carports for the Foothill Apartments
with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: Foothill Investment Co.
APPLICANT: Foothill Investment Co.
ADDRESS: 125 Willow Road, Menlo Park, Calif. 94025
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Foothill Blvd. at Salem Ave.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with.regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the proposed architecture of the carports for Foothill Apartments,
subject to H-Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on Exhi-
bits A (Revised).
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval.Committee of
the City of Cupertino, State of California, by_the following
roll call vote:
