A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted final working drawings
for review in order to determine that changes set forth are
minor as to site plans and exterior elevations.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the final working drawings and finds changes being
proposed are minor in nature with the exception of the
westerly elevation of the building,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the final working drawings, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. The changes as proposed in the final working drawings
are to be considered minor in nature with the provision
that the westerly.elevation of the manufacturing wing
of the building is to be exposed aggregate.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of
the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following
roll call vote:
