A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY.OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of site, architecture and landscaping for .two units of
fourplexes with exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

FIRE ZONE: 3
WHEREAS, the Architectural and -Site Approval.Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to .the areas.of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the site, architecture andlandscaping, subject to H-Control
Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A,.B, B-1, C,
C-1 and D, plus the following special conditions:
1. The refuse enclosure on Lot L to be relocated in extreme
corner of .the lot and the parking.spaces to be adjusted
accordingly.
2. The refuse enclosures for Lot M and L are to be so
designed as to insure that the refuse containers can be
easily acquired by the collection agency, and so that
the containers shall always be inside the enclosures.
The design of the enclosure to be approved by.the city
staff committee prior to construction.
3: The landscaping shall be provided along the northerly
property line of Lot L for a distance of not less than
fifty -.five (.55) feet and for a width of two (2) feet
terminating in,a bulbed shaped landscaped area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of
the City of Cupertino, State'of California, by the following
-roll call vote:
