A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of architecture and landscaping with exhibits regarding
the property as indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: SKAGGS-PAYLESS STORES, INC.
APPLICANT: Berwick -Pacific Corporation (Goodyear Appl. Store)
ADDRESS: P. 0. Box.77143, San Francisco, Calif. 94107
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Sunnyvale -Saratoga Road near Homestead Road

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site'Approval. Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the architecture and landscaping, subject to the
following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits 'A and B.
2. Signs not approved at this time.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
