Reso 0059RESOLUTION NO. 59 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE 146 OF THE CITY OF,CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of architecture, landscaping, lighting and signs with exhibits regarding the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: D.O.B. Associates APPLICANT: Taco Bell ADDRESS: 2424 Moleton Street, Torrance, Calif. 9050.5 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 10660 So. Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road ZONE: CG FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the architecture, landscaping, lighting and signs, subject to the following conditions: 1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, C and D. 2. Garbage container screen fence to be reconstructed to a minimum of six (6) feet in height with the treatment along the top edge to enhance the appear- ance in keeping with the architecture. 3. The sign indicating the business located on the wall of the bell tower with the message "Taco Bell" shall be reviewed and approved by the staff committee with earth tones or tile color utilized for contrast rather ,than a bright vari-colored sign. This review will be completed with revisions finished prior to Council hearing. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
