A RESOLUTION OF.THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of sign plan with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: R. Cali $ Bro.
APPLICANT: Cupertino Sport Shop
ADDRESS: 20314 Stevens Creek Blvd.
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: 20314 Stevens Creek Blvd.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed
the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site
plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT -THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval
of the sign plan, subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibit A.
2. That total bulb capacity not exceed 150 watts for
indirect lighting to illuminate the sign face.
All conditions outlined herein ate subject to the approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval of
this application,

of the Architectural and Site Approval.Committee of the City of
