A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of site plan, architectural plan, landscaping..plan and
lighting plan for building with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval.Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the site plan, architectural plan, ldndscaping:plan
and'lighting.plan, subject.to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits A, B, C, D, and E.
2. If trash enclosure required, stained redwood screen
composition will be utilized. The screen fence shall
not exceed six (6) foot in height and shall be equipped
with doors.
3. Entrance wall not required.
4. Japanese black pine trees along north property,line
eighteen (18) feet on center.
S: Photinia Fraseri (shrub) screen at rear of low growing
junipers in lieu of wall at entrance.
6. Plan to be approved by administrative staff committee.
7. Liquid amber to be replaced with Japanese black pine.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the'City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
