_ A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
'OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of architectural plan and landscaping plan with exhibits
-regarding the property'.as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas -of aesthetics,
and site plan.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT.THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS APPROVAL
of the architectural plan and landscaping plan,.subject to the
following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as .indicated on
Exhibit A.
2. That air.conditioning unit be screened with archi-
tectural treatment similar to.mansard.roof proposed.
3. That trees be added to landscaping plan along the
_east property line at front of building and submit
modified plan for landscaping to be included with
exhibit submitted to Council for final approval.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of
the City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval. Committee of
the City of Cupertino, State.of California, by the following
roll call vote:
