A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting
approval of sign plan with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.
PROPERTY OWNER: Mrs. Pauline Woodruff

ADDRESS: 1521 Terminal Ave., San Jose, Calif. 95103
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Crossroads Shopping Center adjacent to
ZONE: CG Mervyn's Department Store

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the sign plan subject to the following conditions:
1. H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibit A.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval
of the City Council and their action is required for final
approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1971, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
call vote:
