Reso 0024RESOLUTION NO. 24 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL.AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of landscaping, lighting and undergrounding of'utilities with exhibits regarding the property as indicated. PROPERTY OWNER: Jerome M. White & Associates APPLICANT: Leonard Gesensway, Vice President ADDRESS: 801 LaBrea, Los Angeles, Calif. 90038 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: West side of Blaney Ave., south of Stevens Creek Boulevard ZONE: Planned Development with R3-2.2 use intended FIRE ZONE: 3 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the landscaping, lighting and undergrounding of utilities subject to the following conditions: 1. H-Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on Exhibits A, B, B-1, and C. 2. That the lighting fixtures outlined on Exhibits B and B-1 are approved subject to the utilization of the following maximum wattage for lamp sizes. All 1211-W fixtures to be 100 watt; All 4400-L fixtures to be 150 watt; All 2300-12 fixtures to be 60 watt, except that insurance company requirements for greater wattage to provide safe illumination may be allowed subject to the staff Architectural and Site Approval Com- mittee approval. 3. That the developer will take all precautionary methods to protect existing trees to insure their continued growth in place.
