A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO j
The Architectural and Site Approval Comm.ittee recommends the
following changes be authorized in the Rules and Regulations
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee,
a. Recommends changing the rules and regulations of H-Control
to allow staff committee regular prehearing meeting time
from Thursday at three o'clock (3:00 p.m.) to Wednesday
at two o'clock (2:00 p.m.) the week prior to the Archi-
tectural and Site Approval Committee meeting, Vote: All Aye
b. That the following condition, to be numbered 5, be added
to the list of H-Control Standard Conditions:
That concrete berms shall be installed adjacent to
parking areas adjoining landscaping or adjacent to
property lines where parking areas are terminated.
Any exceptions must be specifically approved by the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee and the
City Council.

C. That the following condition, to be numbered 6, be added
to the list of H-Control Standard Conditions:
No trees shall be less than six (6) feet above ground
level in place. The Architectural and Site Approval
Committee and the City Council may upon review require
larger trees.

d. That the following condition, to be numbered 7, be added
to the list of H-Control Standard Conditions:
That landscape sprinkler systems shall be required in all
multiple residential developments of five (5) units or
more.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 1970, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California..
