A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application for a single
faced illuminated plastic sign with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated:
PROPERTY OWNER: Mrs. Pauline Woodruff
APPLICANT: MacFarlane's Candies, Inc. - Adv. Prod., Contr..
ADDRESS: 120 Fiesta Circle, Orinda, Calif. 94563
LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Within the Crossroads Shopping Center
adjacent to Mervyn's Department Store

FIRE ZONE: 2
WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has
reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics
and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMtiMITTEE RECOMMENDS
approval of the signing subject to the .following conditions:
1. H Control Standard Conditions
2. Approval recommended for a single sign for Location A
as indicated on Exhibit A.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to approval of the
City Council and their action is required for final approval
of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1970, at a regular
meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
call vote:
