Chairman Small said there is no question of zoning here.
He thought it sounded like a good plan.
Mrs. Ann Anger, 10185 Empire Avenue, Monta Vista, said she
felt this area, so close to the college site, is no place
for a building materials business. She resents her feel-
ing that Cupertino treats Monta Vista like a "cess pool."
She is'working closely with State and County officials to
try to upgrade the area and, in addition, attends most
Cupertino Council and Planning Commission meetings to try
to keep' `abreast of what is going on.
