In addition to this problem the one adjacent to 22555 has invaded the sewer lines running close to it. It is inevitable that the root system of the tree adjacent to 22560 will have the same impact on adjacent sewer lines. The HOA board feels this will become an unacceptable repetitive burden for the residents and the HOA to deal with. As the Arborist has concluded the trees are not suited to the small areas they occupy and that replacements would likely cause similar problems we ask permission to remove the two trees mentioned and not replant another type in their place. The Liquid Amber is approximately 10 inches in diameter at breast height DBH) and is 25 feet tall. The canopy spread is approximately 15 feet wide. The Liquid Amber located in front of 22560 Kinst Court is in fair condition. Being pretty similar to the first one listed it is also approximately 10 inches in diameter at breast height (DBH) and is 25 feet tall. The canopy spread is approximately 15 feet wide. Both trees listed above are growing in a small I0wn area and surrounded by concrete driveways and walkways. The Liquid Ambers have an invasive root system and are starting to lift and wilt cause future damage to driveways and walkways. It is my opinion that the Liquid Ambers are not suited for this compact area and should be removed before causing more damage. Because of the compact area a replacement tree will encounter the same problems.
