aware. this is a. part of the total .project.
Huber Sargent. Wanted to disc ' uss the parking lot. There wain be Parking
right-angle parking with a 29aisle. Tziere will be ingress and
egress from both Stevens Creek, rlvd:, and from the new street.

Mr. Madsen said this is a fainily-type restaurant serving breakfast, Discussions with

had prepared a schematic drawing he came in and discussed it with
the City to see if he was going in the right direction, He has had
a total 'of four meetings with the. Planning Department>
There is a 90' setback from the adjoining residential property,to she proposal
the garden -type offices. There is a large, landscaped area in the
center of the project, in the center of Which will be a sign.
There will be 8' of landscaping along the front on Stevens Creek
Blvd and a 26` to 284 square, landscaped area in the corner.
Between this and the residential property is an 8$ landscaped area.

will be on the west side. The air conditioning units will be re"

to obstruct the view of workers going out with the garbage, etc,
Mra Madsen said the trash enclosure will be so constructed so.it

tianing units. It will be of baked enamel or anodized aluminum or

be screened from all directions;

Member Sargent noted the parking along the northerly. side of the
property is not wide enough for two rows-Qf parking, but it is
wide enough for some landscaping. Mr. Edwin Meyers, Architect,
10601 South Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road., Cupertino, said he will
return with detailed plant layouts if this is what. the Committee
desires.
