application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED THAT THE.COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
sign' plan, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibit D Revised and subject to the following additional condition of
approval:
1° That the plan be modified to reflect a five foot (5') "window"
(clear space between finish grade and bottom of signsurfacearea)
versus a four foot (4') "window" thereby raising the sign height
to thirteen feet (13'), and that the spelling be corrected relative

A11 conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council
and their action is required for final approval of this application°
