WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
a sign plan for a commercial building.with m-chibits regarding, the property
as indicated:

WHEREAS, the, Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMIYTENDS approval of the
sign plan subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on.
Exhibits A, B, and C and subject to the hollowing additional conditions
1. That signs be limited to one size only. The size of sign
to be eighteen inches (18") ire height and eight feet
in length.
2. That the sign locations be centered above each business
entrance to the building.
3.-:That one color be maintained throughout for blanket approval;
consisting of a dark brown background with white lettering to
