A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant..has.submitted.an application requesting approval of..a

application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
sign plan subject,to H-Control Standard Conditions and as i ndicated on
Exhibits A and B.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
