CG (General Commercial) FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, ''THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the sign plan subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A and B and subject to the following additional conditions 1.
