A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, grading.and under.grounding of utilities
for a triplex with exhibits regarding.the property as indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural. and Site.Approval Committee has reviewed the
application_ with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of site,
architecture, landscaping, grading and..undergrounding of.utilities subject
to H-Control Standard Conditions and as.indicated on Exhibits 'A revised, B,
& C revised, and the following additional conditions:
to That the upper level patio decks be constructed with.a solid
railing, and a minimum of three feet in height:
20 That.the Italian Cypress trees be deleted and in their place be
planted a variety'of.fast growing evergreen tree such as pittaporum.
eugenoides and spaced in a manner so that they will provide an
ultimate screening Height of the trees to be a minimum of ten (10) feet.
All conditions outlined hcrein.are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
