WHEREAS, the Architectural' and Site Approval_ Committee 'has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
site, grading, architecture, landscaping,, lighting and undergrounding of
utilities, s�lbj ect to ii-Control Standard Condit �_ons, Planning Commission
Resolutions No. 1092 and .1093, and as indicated or- Exhibits .A., A -a, B, B--1,
C, C-l.and D, and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That the south, west and north planter strips be seven and one-half
{'1%) feet wide. .
2. That five (5). additional trees be planted in the south as tiaell as
the; north planters where the car spaces are to be deleted and .
additional plants added.
3. That eight (8) additional trees be installed in the west boundary
where the stalls are being deleted and used as 'Planting area.
All..con.ditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council: and their action is required for final. 'a.pproval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1972, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of•the City of Cupertino,
