application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
TH EIRE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COM-12HITTEE RIEMMENDS approval of the site,
architecture, 'landscaping and undergrounding of utilities, subject to HI -Control
Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A, A-1, B-1, B-2, B-3
B-4, B-5 and C and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. That the easterly border provide a landscaped transition bet-,,,Yeen
this and adjacent property with a minimum of six (.6)* Evergreen

trees to be planted along the border, these to be of fifteen (J-

2. There shall be at least one (1) five (5) gallon, minimum size
