WHEREAS, the applicant. has submitted an application for approval of a sign
plan for an existing oex-�,Tice station with exh-[:bits regarding the •property as
indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has 'reviewed the
application with regardtothe areas of aesthetics and site plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOM^MNDS approval of the
sign plan, subject to H-Control. Standard Conditions and as indicated on
Exhibits A and B and subject to the following additional conditions':

1. That the identification sign located in the southeast corner on
Homestead Road will be removed.
2. That the landscaping plan denote the change of l-C f_rom,Agapanthus
Peter Pan to Lily of the Nile.
3. That item numbered lA on. the landscape plan be changed from lawn
scape -to a. planting material that is to be approved. by the .Plannir_C
Staff.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the.approval of the City Council. j
