RESOLUTION NO. 171
A RESOLUTION OF THIS ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COPMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping and undergrounding of utilities to allow
addition of a 30-lied e-xtended carts facility with exhibits regarding the
property as indicated:

WHEREAS,.the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to -the areas of aes.hetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COM11ITTEE RECOiLiENDS approval of the
site, architecture, landscapingand undergrounding of utilities, subject
to the H-Control 'Standard Conditions and as,indic.ated on Exhibits A, A-19
B, B-19 C and C--1 and subject to the following additional conditions
10. That the new building will be painted an.earth tone color
compatible to the existing building.
2. That. the existing utility poles in the rear of the property
will be un.dergrounded as specifiedby Department of Public Works.
3e That the applicant's desire to replace existing Apricot trees
with Monterey Pines, 24" box trees with a minimum of 9 to 10
feet in height and ten year old specimens at the discretion,
supervision and satisfaction of the Planning -staff
AMML All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is, required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June,'1972, at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the C-ity of Cupertino, State_
