indicated on Exhibit A Revised and including the approval, of the wall
mounted signs reading "Shell' andService is our Business". Subject also
to the following condition:
1. That the trash container be enclosed in an area to the
rear of the building.
All conditiosis outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
