WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture and landscaping for a light industrial building with
exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CO'.11MITTEE RECQ�hDS approval of the site;
architecture and landscaping, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions, the.
applicable Planning Commission. conditions, West 'Valley Industrial Park conditions,
previously established,and as indicated on.E�>hi�its A, B and C and subject to
the following additional conditions:
1. That _the ';applicant will install complete fascia wall extension;
surrounding the air conditior_ing equipmer_t'`when the building
is occupied.
2. That earth mounding in the front of the property for landscaping
shall be a minimum height of four (4) feet above the parking lot.
3. That a total of four (4) 2' x 2' planting areas shall be located
along the northerly property line, spaced.at the discretion of
the applicant.
Allconditionsoutlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
