A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
an enlargement to an existing sign in Vallco Village Shopping Center with
exhibits regarding the property as indicated.

application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COIM-ITTEE REM ENDS approval of the
enlargement to an existing sign, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibit A and subject to the following additional
1. That the landscaping under the sign be upgraded. as agreed upon
by the applicant.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
