A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
W'IREAS, 'Bank of America proposes to remove and
relocate sign at their place
of business 300 feet west of Saratoga -Sunnyvale
Road, and
WHEREAS, the staff has recommended a temporary sign permit for such relocation
of said sign.
THEREFORE, this Committee does instruct James H.
Sisk, Planning Director,
to issue said temporary permit for a period not
to exceed six (6) months,
at'which time it is expected that the applicant
will submit plans for site
-evision, landscaping and permanent sign plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th.day'of April, 1972,
at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of
the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
