CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant.has submitted an application requesting approval of
landscaping, lighting and signing for a commercial building with exhibits
regarding the property as indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to.the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THE HFORE; BE IT RESOLVED THAT. THE CO'NEITTEE RECOM -NDS. approval of the
lar_dscaping, lighting and signing, subject to H-Control. Standard .Conditions
and as indicated on Exhibits C Revised, C-1, D, E and E-1 and subject to
the following additional conditions:
1. That Condition One of the April 5, 1972 meeting be restated and
the planter return be installed at the southwest end of the _
parking lot:
2 That a minimum four (4) stall bicycle rack be installed.
3 That a minimum of five (5) additional fifteen (15) gallon evergreen,
trees be installed around the perimeter located at the applicant Is
discretion:
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval 'of this application. o
