Reso 0155HC-51,075.25 RESOLUTION NO. l55 A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OFTHE CITY OF CUPERTINO WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of a sign plan for financial center with exhibits regarding the property as indicated: PROPERTY OWNER: Vallco Park, Ltd. APPLICANT Va11co Park, Ltd. ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Wolfe Road ZONE: P (Planned Development) with OP intent FIRE ZONE: 2 WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the j application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOM-17MFNDS approval of the sign plan, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A and B and subject to the following additional conditions: I. That the applicant has the option of either using the colors presented or reversing the colors, using a white background and dark brown lettering on the two ground signs and eight wall signs. 2. That no additional signs be added in.the future. All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City Council and their action is required for final approval: of this application, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 1972, at a regular meeting of the' Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,.
