A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval
of site and architecture for a light industrial building with exhibits
regarding the property as indicated.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: East side of Tantau Avenue, approximately 2.70 feet

WHEREAS,- the Architectural.and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
site and architecture, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions, and as
indicated on Exhibits A and B and Planning Commission Resolution No. 1009
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council: and their action is required for final approval of this application °
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 1972, at a regular meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
