A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
site, architecture, landscaping, lighting, signs and undergrounding of
utilities for a scuba diving school with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.

WHEREAS,` the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with re
gard and to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS approval of the
site, architecture, landscaping, signs and undergr'oundin.g of utilities,
subject to H-Control Standard Conditions and as indicated on Exhibits A,
B'Revised9 C; D-1, E-1 and Planning Commission Resolution No. 1021 and
subject to the following additional conditions:
la That the logo is to be acceptable (if allowed by ordinance)
as modified with red letters reading Divers Dock on the
white diagonal. The wall letters to be eliminated.
20 That the east wall on the property line be restudied and rep
submitted to the staff prior to City Council meeting to rem
solve the appearance of the wall to create less of a thin
wall effect.
3. That the diagonal wood siding be continued to abut the
property line wall.

nditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City

Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
