A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting appZoval.
of lighting for service -facility with exhibits regarding the property as
indicated.

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS.approval.of the
lighting, subject to H-Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on.
Exhibits A, A®1 and A--2 and subject to the following additional conditions
1° That the previous Condition Number 3 of Resolution No. 123
requiring sign approval prior to issuance of building permit
be deleted.
2° That the lighting system be run through a time clock turning
off the lights on the two (2) thirty (30) f t ° poles in the
parking lot after 10 p.m° only the single southerly light will
be left on and the street perimeter lights be reduced to one
third intensity and also the 1500 watt quartz lights shown on
Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista Drive be reduced in the
following manner.,that the six lights,be reduced to_a maximum
of 1000 watts each and the quartz lights are to be shielded
so the light source is not to be visible from vehicular
traffic areas.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval.of the City,
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of February, 1972, at a regular: meeting
of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll. -call vote:
