A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO

WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted an application requesting approval of
sign plan for Foothill Apartments with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated.

sign plan, subject to H7Control Standard Conditions, and as indicated on
Exhibit A.
All conditions outlined herein are subject to the approval of the City
Council and their action is required for final approval of this application.
